For CFOs and finance directors
The invoice leaves with the goods
Invoices are issued from the order that came from the approved quote. e-Factura and SAGA are connected, and margin is visible before signature.
Where it gets stuck today
- The invoice goes out days after delivery.
- Discounts get approved after the quote has gone out.
- Reconciling with accounting happens by hand at month end.
What changes with SalesOS
Invoices from the order
The invoice takes the lines, prices and terms, with no re-typing.
e-Factura and SAGA connected
Invoices are filed with e-Factura, and documents and balances sync with SAGA C.
Discounts approved up front
Approval rules stop the quote before it goes out, not after.
Collections and credit per customer
Due dates, balances and credit limits, checked on every order.

Common questions
How does e-Factura work?
Once you connect your ANAF account, invoices are filed automatically and their status shows on each invoice. Credit notes and B2C invoices are covered.
What syncs with SAGA?
Documents, items, stock and balances, through an agent installed on the machine where SAGA C runs.
Does SalesOS do the bookkeeping?
No. General ledger accounting stays in SAGA or your system. SalesOS issues invoices and tracks collections.
Can we bill in advance or in instalments?
Yes. Billing plans support advances, milestones, subscriptions and final invoices that deduct the advances.
