Implementation

From your first data import to a team ready for SalesOS

One priority process, an involved team and a verifiable outcome. Plan migration, integrations and adoption before configuration starts.

Indicative timeline for the agreed scope, with required data and access available. Complex integrations and extensive development have a separate plan.

01Week 1In focus

Agree what success means and get your data ready

Choose the priority process, owners and baseline measures. Inventory data and systems, validate a sample and agree the migration plan.

  • Priority process and clear owners
  • Data mapping and trial import
  • Agreed success criteria
Deliverable: agreed scope, data map and acceptance criteria.
02Week 2Up next

Build the first workflow your team can put to work

Configure the included pipelines, roles, fields, quotes and automations. Test imports and agreed connectors against real scenarios with key users.

  • Configured pipelines and roles
  • Connectors tested on real scenarios
  • First users trained
Deliverable: validated pilot workflow and trained key users.
03Week 3Up next

Put SalesOS to work alongside your team

For rollouts needing more validation, expand the pilot. Check data quality, usage and team handoffs; adjust the configuration.

  • A pilot with your team
  • Feedback turned into adjustments
  • Handoffs and exceptions checked
Deliverable: acceptance checklist and resolved or explicitly accepted blockers.
04Week 4Up next

Launch with confidence and a plan for what comes next

Validate end-to-end scenarios and make the launch decision together. Hand over guides, responsibilities and the measurement plan.

  • End-to-end scenarios validated
  • A shared go-live decision
  • Measures and ownership handed over
Deliverable: documented acceptance and a plan for the next phase.

Our commitment

Know what a successful implementation looks like from the start

For the contracted scope, we commit to a documented plan, clear responsibilities, training and verification of acceptance scenarios. Targets are set after assessing the baseline.

Migration quality

Key-field completeness, duplicates and agreement between a sample and the source.

Baseline → agreed target → verification

Integration reliability

Successful sync scenarios, identified errors and a clear owner for resolution.

Baseline → agreed target → verification

Team adoption

Trained key users and the ability to complete agreed scenarios without assistance.

Baseline → agreed target → verification

Operational outcome

Lead response time, quote turnaround or billing delays compared with the baseline.

Baseline → agreed target → verification

Launch is decided against acceptance criteria, with blockers and exceptions documented. Revenue growth also depends on market, offer and team execution; we do not promise a universal percentage.

Practical questions

Answers before you change the way you work

How do we migrate data?

Inventory sources, agree field mapping and validate a trial import. Agree duplicate handling, required fields and the cutover plan before the final import.

How do we avoid a system the team won’t use?

Involve key users in the pilot, configure roles around real work and train on their scenarios. Acceptance includes practical use, not just configuration being present.

Can we keep our existing systems?

Yes. Assess existing connectors, APIs and data formats. Define which system owns each record and how it syncs. Each new integration has its own scope and validation.

How much can we customize?

Start with configurable pipelines, scoring, fields, roles, documents and workflows. Requirements needing development are estimated and planned separately from standard configuration.

What if the process takes longer?

The 2–4 weeks cover the priority scope confirmed after assessment. If data, access or integrations require longer, explicitly update the plan and dependencies. Additional development is not hidden inside the pilot timeline.

How do we know implementation succeeded?

Through agreed criteria: validated data, complete scenarios, verified integrations, trained users and clear ownership. Compare operational measures with the baseline and agree the next adjustments.

The next step

Your team sells better when it can see the whole picture

Start with a demo. Continue with your processes, data and goals.
