Common questions
What is SalesOS?
SalesOS is a platform for B2B companies that connects sales, quoting, orders and invoicing on one record. Sales, warehouse and finance teams work from the same data, without exports between systems.
Does SalesOS replace our ERP?
No. SalesOS covers the commercial and operational side, from lead to cash, and works alongside your accounting and ERP. It does not provide general ledger accounting, MRP or production scheduling.
How long does implementation take?
The indicative plan is 2–4 weeks for the first process, provided data and access are ready. Custom development gets its own plan, agreed during assessment.
Does it work with e-Factura and SAGA?
Yes. Invoices are filed with e-Factura once you connect your ANAF account, and SAGA C sync runs through an agent installed on the machine where SAGA runs.
Is our data kept apart from other companies?
Yes. Each company's data is isolated, and user access is set through roles and permissions.
What happens after I book a walkthrough?
You pick a time straight after the form. In 30 minutes we show SalesOS on your process and agree whether a next step makes sense.
