Accessibility statement
How accessible SalesOS and its public pages are, the limitations we know of, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last reviewed: .
1. Our commitment
CODESILK S.R.L. wants SalesOS to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement covers the marketing website and the public pages our customers send to their own customers: meeting booking (/book), public quotes, signing, payment, customer portal sign-in, forms (/f) and landing pages.
2. Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, as adopted in the European standard EN 301 549, under Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and Romanian Law 232/2022.
3. Conformance status
The covered pages are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most requirements are met, and the known exceptions are listed below.
4. What we have done
- Every form field has a label, and errors are announced to screen readers.
- Everything can be done with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Pages have a title, a declared language, landmarks (header, main content) and a “Skip to content” link.
- Text contrast meets the 4.5:1 threshold, checked automatically whenever the colours change.
- Zooming is not blocked on phones.
- The consent banner has equal Accept and Reject buttons and works with a keyboard.
5. Known limitations
- Content written by our customers (texts, images, attached PDFs, brand colours they choose) may not meet every requirement. We give them tools that help, such as alternative text for images.
- Generated PDF documents (quotes, invoices) are not yet tagged for screen readers.
- Payment pages of external processors (such as Stripe) follow those processors’ own accessibility.
- A drawn signature always has a typed signature as an alternative.
6. How we assessed it
By self-assessment: automated axe-core checks of the public pages, an automated colour-contrast check on every change, and a manual keyboard review.
7. Feedback and contact
If you meet an accessibility barrier or need content in an accessible format, write to us at contact@codesilk.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
8. Enforcement
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the national authority responsible for supervising the accessibility requirements for products and services.
