Simple per-seat pricing
Pay in RON or EUR, monthly or yearly. Plan changes are prorated, and your data stays yours even if the subscription stops.

How VAT applies
- Customers in Romania: the prices above exclude VAT; 21% Romanian VAT is added.
- EU businesses with a VAT number valid in VIES: reverse charge, no VAT on the invoice (Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC).
- EU consumers or businesses without a valid VAT number: Romanian VAT at 21% applies.
- Customers outside the EU: the service is outside the scope of Romanian VAT; no VAT is added.
- Every payment gets a fiscal invoice issued by SalesOS, available in Settings → Billing.
